USS Arizona Memorial Remembrance Magnet

The USS Arizona was dedicated on Memorial Day 1962. It is built over the remains of the sunken battleship USS Arizona, the final resting place for many of the 1,177 crewmen killed on December 7, 1941, when their s hip was bombed by the Japanese Naval Forces. This loss of life represents nearly half the Americans killed on the "Day of Infamy," the worst Naval disaster in American history. Today, the USS Arizona Memorial is operated by the National Park Service in partnership with the United States Navy.

The USS Arizona Memorial is located in Pearl Harbor, about two miles west of the Honolulu International Airport on the island of Oahu. The visitor center offers interpretive information, a bookstore, a museum, a film and guided boat tour to the USS Arizona Memorial.

Made in China

Magnet measures approximately 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches.
