The official National Park Service's USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour is highly recommended to all visitors.

Hosted by Jamie Lee Curtis, Pearl Harbor survivors, and the National Park Service historians.
TOUR DOES NOT include the movie/boat tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial. Boat rides are managed by the National Park Service and tickets can be obtained by one of the following ways:
Book up to 60 days in advance of your visit at recreation.gov. 325 tickets to the memorial will be uploaded at 7 AM HST. ($1 reservations fee)
Book 1 day in advance of your visit at recreation.gov. 525 tickets to the memorial will be uploaded at 7 AM HST. ($1 reservations fee)
Walk into Pearl Harbor on the day of your visit for the remaining 1,300 tickets to the memorial. Tickets are first come, first served. (Free)
Free souvenir four-color map and guide of the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center.
Available anytime from 7 AM to 5 PM. Open 362 days a year (closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day). Admission into Pearl Harbor Visitor Center is free. Parking is free.
Please check in with your tour confirmation at our USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour ticket counter, which is located in the courtyard of the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. The Narrated Tour begins upon check-in.

Narrated Tours are available in English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin. This tour will even translate the National Park Service's 23-minute movie documentary into the visitor's language. (Tour is also available in Russian and Italian, but does not translate the movie).
