Pearl Harbor: A Day of Imfamy
On December 7,1941, Japanese forces attacked the U. S. naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The next day, America declared war on Japan. Part of the Graphic Battles of World War II series, features illustrations, glossary, index and biblography.
This flag was a gift for my husband for Fathers Day from our family. We had it flown on his birthday. He is US Navy, Ret and was very moved by this gift!
We now hope to plan a trip to the Pearl Harbor Memorial Site!
A fantastic interpretation and retelling of the men who left home and family to fight for freedoms still denied them, and who proved their loyalty to a country they loved through valor and sacrifice few other units have equaled.
