Hello Kitty was created as a global pledge of friendship and symbolizes happiness.
The image was designed and created by a Japanese company called Sanrio and was founded by Shintaro Tsuji who was born on Dec. 7th, 1927.
After surviving World War II, he was inspired to create a company that reflected the deep desire among all people, regardless of nationality or race, to feel joy and happiness.
Hello Kitty has now become a national icon of friendship in the world.
Some of the Hello Kitty items we carry can be found no where else in the world. They are exclusive to Pacific Historic parks.
To celebrate the friendship and reconciliation of two nations (USA and Japan) who were once at war, Pacific Historic parks is proud to present the following collections: Hello Kitty + Rosie The Riveter Collection, Hello Kitty Sailor Collection, Hello Kitty Tsuru Collection, and lastly the Hello Kitty Diamond Head Collection.
