All items shipped domestically are sent via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are as follows:
All orders are shipped out Monday through Friday (holidays excluded), typically two to three business days after the order has been placed. Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.
We are not able to guarantee shipping or shipping delivery dates, once your package is given to the postal provider, orders typically take 3-5 for arrival with domestic addresses. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, please inquire with the postal company directly to file a claim or complaint.

LOCAL PICKUP
If you are on the island of O'ahu, you may pick up your order at our corporate office in Waipahu. Our office is located at Pacific Historic Parks, 94-1187 Ka Uka Blvd, Waipahu, Hawai'i, 96797. Please see a warehouse staff member for assistance picking up your order. Our warehouse is located onsite, after turning into the driveway go all the way in and the warehouse is on the right.
You may pick up your order Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We are closed on weekends and holidays. For order pickup, your order will be ready typically 2-3 business days after your order has been placed.
Please Note:
All orders placed that have selected Order Pickup will have ten (10) days from the order completion/confirmation day to be picked up by the customer. Customer may also notify us of an alternative pick up person via email or phone. These days include weekends and holidays. On the tenth day our ecommerce team will send an email and attempt to call the customer, and leave a message informing them the item must be picked up the next business day or they may pay for the shipping. After two (2) additional working days from the notification, if the item has not been picked up or shipping paid, ecommerce will restock items in the order and issue the customer a full refund. Following restocking, ecommerce will send an email informing the customer of the refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently shipping orders from Hawaii to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Brazil, Fiji, Samoa, and Mexico. This is dependent on shipping companies being able to fulfill deliveries to said countries.
International shipping charges are weight-based and take into account the destination and shipping method you select. Due to our locations in Hawaii, Guam and Saipan, we do not offer free shipping at the moment. Shipping is done via USPS or FedEx.
