Refund policy

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date on which you receive it.

Holiday return policy: We offer an extended return policy on gifts purchased between November 1 and December 15. Any item(s) purchased online during that time period can be returned by January 15 of the following year. Item(s) must be in original package and in saleable condition.

All items are packaged with the utmost care, however if you receive defective or damaged items, please contact us either at mailorder@pacifichistoricparks.org or via our toll free number at 1-888-485-1941 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Hawaii time.

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please mail item, a copy of the receipt, and a note stating the desired size and/or color to:

In the event of merchandise being returned, item(s) must be in original package and in saleable condition. If credit card was used in purchase, the dollar amount will be refunded back to the purchaser's credit card.

Unfortunately, original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
